small field vs big fields

Search
straight bets pay better in smaller fields as exotics don't pay even if fav. runs out; but exotics great in the larger fields, even on short prices. That being said which do you prefer to play if you had to choose???

and might add, do smaller fields seem to run truer vs the blocking, ect.in larger fields. Is it worth the risk?

I think playing fields of 7 or less is much better, too hard with big fields and anything can happen like horses getting trapped, ect. This goes for any type of bet and I believe also sticking to big tracks only, better horses.

had thought pretty much the same thing JJ. any thoughts on sat. yet. Have a thread posted.
